Improvements

All the cash flow charts now offer a Detailed Export (CSV) in the respective data tables. This export lists every customer that contributed towards the metric, including the invoice and line item details. It should help reconcile data reported in ChartMogul with other systems.

Fixes

[Zuora & GoCardless only] Fixed a bug that broke the functionality to Import data.
