Pin notes

Our new pin notes feature lets you pin notes to the top of a customer profile to access the most important information quickly. You can pin up to 10 notes per customer. Learn more.

Improvements

• We now support updating and deleting notes imported from HubSpot. Please note that any changes made to notes in ChartMogul will not be synced in HubSpot.
• For our Intercom integration, we've updated it to only import contacts that are linked to a company. Learn more.
• CRM datasets have been added to advanced destinations. You can now include Opportunities, Opportunities Custom Attributes, Tasks, Notes, Call Logs, and Contact Custom Attributes datasets in Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Google Cloud Storage, Google BigQuery, or Azure Blob Storage destinations.

Fixes

• We addressed a bug in Recurly that was preventing some prorated plan downgrades from being reported in ChartMogul.
• Additionally, we fixed a bug in App Store Connect that was causing free trial dates to be missing for App Store customers.
