You can now view cohorts based on the day, month, quarter, or year that your subscribers first signed up, which provides deeper insights into customer trends and retention patterns.
Using annual cohorts gives you a clear view of retention each year. Alternatively, utilize weekly or daily cohorts to monitor early retention trends.
Task reminders
For tasks, you can now set a reminder to receive an email notification 24 hours, 12 hours, 3 hours, or 1 hour before the deadline. This feature helps you stay organized and never miss a due date.
New CRM filters & attributes
We added four powerful new filters and attributes designed to help you track and manage customer interactions with ease.
- Last active at: The most recent date and time when one of the customer’s contacts was active. ChartMogul imports this information from HubSpot or Intercom. Making it easy to identify customers who have or haven’t engaged recently.
- Last communication at: The date and time of your most recent communication with one of the customer’s contacts (email or logged call). The email must be sent to or from an account synced to ChartMogul.
- Last email sent to customer at: The most recent date and time when you emailed one of the customer’s contacts. The email must be sent from an account synced to ChartMogul.
- Last email received from customer at: The most recent date and time when one of the customer’s contacts sent you an email. The email must be sent to an account synced to ChartMogul.
