You can now make edits directly in ChartMogul with ease. All imported billing and subscription data, including invoices, line items, transactions and subscription events, can be modified. This feature applies to data from Stripe, Chargebee and Recurly.
ChartMogul will save any changes you make separately from the original billing data. This means that even if the source is resynced or billing data is reimported, your edits will still be preserved. Learn more.
New churn recognition option
ChartMogul now allows you to choose when you want to recognize churn. We support three options out of the box:
- Recognize churn when the subscription ends/expires in your billing system.
- Recognize churn at the end of the paid subscription period.
- Recognize churn as soon as the customer clicks “cancel” (new option).
All three options are available for Stripe, Chargebee (new version), and Recurly sources. Learn More.
Kanban boards
We have introduced a kanban board view for the Opportunities page, providing a visual and intuitive method to track and manage your sales pipeline. This feature enables your team to organize, prioritize and efficiently act on opportunities using simple drag-and-drop opportunity cards.
Other Improvements:
- We have introduced a rich text formatting toolbar for notes and call logs. This enhancement allows you to create more organized and readable notes, improving how you manage customer information.
- We made four small improvements to filters:
- Added an ~is none of~ operator when filtering on string custom attributes — you can select multiple values (basically the inverse of the ~is one of~ operator).
- Added ~is present~ and ~is not present~ operators to the Owner filter.
- Added ~is false or not present~ and ~is true or not present~ operators when filtering on boolean custom attributes.
- Added a ~has all of~ operator to the Source filter (helps identify merged customers with specific source combinations).
- We resolved an issue in Recurly that incorrectly indicated some subscriptions as past due. This problem occurred due to add-ons that weren’t properly canceled.
- We fixed a bug in Recurly that incorrectly reported MRR and subscription counts for subscriptions created from legacy invoices.
