ChartMogul now deducts taxes, such as sales tax and VAT, from Net Cash Flow. We define Net Cash Flow as the total of payments received after deducting discounts, refunds and taxes. Learn more.
Previously, ChartMogul deducted taxes from Non-recurring Cash Flow, but not discounts. This has now been reversed: taxes are no longer deducted, but discounts are. Learn more.
New filters and column options
In the past couple of weeks, we’ve added several new filters to ChartMogul:
- Website — Filters by customer domain.
- Customer — Filters by specific customers.
- MRR at time of purchase — Filters based on customers' MRR at the time they converted to paid subscribers.
- Plan (including all items in subscription set) — Filters by plan but also pulls in add-ons and other subscription items that are part of the same multi-component subscription set.
In addition, customer lists now have new columns to choose from:
- Churned on — Shows the latest churn date of cancelled subscribers. If a customer is active (but previously churned and reactivated), then this field is empty.
- Cancellation scheduled date — Shows the date of a scheduled cancellation.
Changes to the Chart Data table
We've also changed how the Chart Data table displays customer and activity counts. Now, the value next to each MRR movement amount represents the number of customers associated with that movement type in a given report interval. Previously, it was the number of subscription activities. Learn more.
