We’ve released three improvements to make building and managing automations a lot easier for you and the team:
- Set the order of when automations run. This allows you to set the priority for workflows that have an order dependency.
- Decide how many duplicate records can be merged into one at a time.
- We’ve added more detail to the activity timeline on the customer profile so you can see the impact and source of changes made via merge automation.
Source data in customer profiles
We have added a customer’s source data table to the customer profile. It consists of a list of sources where the customer’s data is stored.
You can expand a source row to view and edit the customer data stored in this source. Source data tables give you the ability to view and edit all customer data in one place. Learn more.
Email signatures
CRM users can now configure and save their email signature, including images, URLs, and rich formatting (also available via HTML). Once set up, your signature will automatically pre-fill each time you compose and send an email in ChartMogul. Learn more.
Other improvements
- We have introduced filtering by processing status in the data tables, allowing you to filter by Invalid Input, Queued, Processing, Processed, and Processing Failed statuses. You can also search for customers and other records based on a specific processing status.
- If a customer has multiple subscriptions or a multi-component subscription, you can hover over their plan in the customer list to view more information.
- We’ve fixed a bug in our Stripe integration that led to inaccurate CMRR reporting. This issue stemmed from improper currency mapping.
-
We’ve resolved a Stripe issue where failed refunds were incorrectly reported as successful.
-
We’ve fixed a bug where canceled subscriptions incorrectly showed as active in ChartMogul.
