New Automation Trigger, Stripe Dispute Handling, and UI Improvements — 31 March 2025

You can now set up an automation that triggers when a customer is set to be canceled. Additionally, we've expanded automation capabilities to include automatic task creation, streamlining your workflow processes. Learn more.

Improved Stripe Dispute Handling

We've enhanced how ChartMogul processes Stripe disputes. Previously, disputed transactions weren't tracked and had no impact on revenue metrics. Now, lost disputes are properly handled as refunds, ensuring your revenue data accurately reflects these adjustments.

Other Improvements

  • Better Customer Profile Navigation: The left customer details column now remains visible when switching to the billing data tab, making it easier to reference customer information while reviewing billing details.
  • Drag-and-Drop Dashboard Customization: Personalize your dashboard layout by simply dragging and dropping tiles to your preferred arrangement.
  • Bulk Source Record Deletion: You can now delete large amounts of imported records in just a few clicks. This functionality supports deletion across multiple pages while respecting your selected filters (CSV import, customer, or import status).
  • Manual Data Entry for Automated Integrations: ChartMogul-maintained integrations (Stripe, Chargebee, and newer versions of Recurly and Braintree) now support manual addition of Invoices, Line Items, Transactions, and Subscription Events. This feature allows you to correct subscription and billing data when information in your billing system is outdated or inaccurate. Manually added data is preserved even when customers are resynced or updated from the billing system.
