Release Notes - Week ending 29th Jan, 2016 - NEW FEATURES


  • Added a new Quantity Churn Rate graph which measures rate at which your customers are cancelling their subscriptions or reducing the number of licenses/seats (their subscription-quantity value).
  • Added a new filter for Segmentation - "MRR (if cancelled uses MRR before Churn)" - Useful to understand different churn rates for large customers vs small customers.


  • Fixed a bug that caused plan and geo filters to not work with the Metrics API.
  • Fixed an issue with Chargify that resulted in sudden spikes in MRR movement.
  • We now include the subscription cancellation date in the customers CSV export.
  • Multiple performance enhancements to make the app faster.
