Fixes/Updates

• Updated behavior of the edit form on customer profiles, so that Customer name can be left blank.
• Updated the behavior of merging customers such that if values for a certain attribute does not exist in the desired target customer record, it is then taken from the source customer record that is being merged and discarded.
• Fixed a timezone bug with the Next payment and Last payment filters which resulted in incorrect filtering of customers.
• Fixes to improve the reliability and stability of the system.
• Several UI improvements and fixes.
