Improvements

• Added Total MRR as a row to the MRR movements chart's data table. This should make it easier for users to perform data reconciliation analyses.
• Customers with different payment currencies can now be merged successfully using the UI and the API. However, subscriptions with different payment currencies still cannot be connected.
