Fixed a bug that was resulting in cohorts displaying dashes instead of where rates were actually 0%.
Fixed a bug that was causing incorrect customer statuses when they had connected subscriptions.
Fixed a bug that was preventing addition of metrics onto the Dashboard.
Minor fixes to the application UI.
