Improvements

[iTunes Connect only] Performance improvements to speed of data processing.
Minor improvements to the app UI.

Fixes

Fixed a bug that was resulting in Past Due customers being reported as Active in CSV exports.
Fixed a bug that was preventing the MRR Edit chart from loading on customer profiles.
Fixed chart tooltips which were broken in some cases.
