[Stripe only] Fixed a bug that was resulting in incorrect MRR when processing webhooks for some multi-plan subscriptions.
Fixed a bug that caused the drop-down selector for choosing a subscription on the MRR edit chart to be hidden.
Minor fixes to the application UI.
