The number of active paying customers not currently on a subscription plan.
How is it calculated?
The total number of customers who have made non-subscription purchases in the given time period.
This metric includes repeat purchasers but excludes subscribers. If a non-subscriber becomes a subscriber, any further non-subscription purchases they make will not contribute to this chart.
What analysis can be gained?
This metric is useful to see how the size of your non-subscription customer base, or cohorts of your customer base, changes over time and their impact on revenue.
The data table breaks down the aggregate metric into New customers and Repeat customers.
