Metrics and segmentation
Customers with a lead status in ChartMogul don’t contribute to Active subscriber numbers, Recurring Revenue charts, or Subscribers charts.
Customers with a Lead created at
date contribute to the Leads and Average Sales Cycle Length charts.
Customers with a Free trial started at
date contribute to the Free Trials and Trial-to-Paid Conversion Rate charts.
Customers on a free trial or a free plan cannot be segmented by plan. Plan filters can only be used when customers have more than $0 in subscription payments.
