Fixes

[PayPal only] Fixed an edge case where we still recognize a subscription as reactivated even when no payment successfully came in.
[Chargify only] Fixed an issue that caused a subscription to get cancelled when an invoice was paid in full from a previous credit.
Minor fixes to the application UI.
