Improvements

• [Stripe and Import API] The Subscriptions-chart has been improved to count subscription sets. This means that subscriptions with multiple components only contribute one count, rather than having each component contributing as a separate subscription.
• [Revenue Recognition only] It is now possible to export a CSV of the waterfall chart. 
• Improvements to system reliability and performance, including faster loading of the Customers-page for large accounts.

Fixes

• [Stripe only] Fixed a bug where inclusive taxes are being excluded from the transactions that caused incorrect net payments.
