[Chargebee only] Improved performance of webhook processing.
Minor improvements to the application UI.

Fixes

[Custom data source only] Fixed a bug that resulted in some ‘Past due’ customers to be shown as ‘Active’.
[Shopify only] Fixed a bug that prevented connecting data sources.
[GoCardless only] Fixed a webhook processing bug that prevented subscriptions from getting updated in ChartMogul.
