Improvements

[Import API only] Customers using metered billing can now send 0 quantities and amounts.
Minor improvements to the application UI.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where subscriptions switching between currencies could result in incorrect activities being generated.
Fixed an issue where renaming plans for manual customers were not updating in certain parts of the UI.
Fixed an issue that was resulting in additional commas to be added when exporting addresses with empty values.
Fixed issue with sample data loading in Custom data source.
