Fixes to CMRR events — 10 February 2023

CMRR events no longer disappear, we previously noticed events were deleted after a Stripe source re-sync.

Other Fixes

We now display plan external ID and subscription ID accurately in exports, we previously displayed “N/A” in some cases.
