Before you begin

The ChartMogul mobile app uses API keys — with the help of QR codes — for authentication. Therefore, you’ll need to create a new read-only API Key before completing the following steps.

Installing and authenticating the app

  1. Download the ChartMogul mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Within ChartMogul, navigate to Profile > View Profile.
  3. Under API Keys, find the API key for your mobile access, then click the QR code   icon.
  4. Open the ChartMogul app and scan the QR code using the camera on your device.

Adding multiple accounts

If you have access to multiple ChartMogul accounts, add each account and quickly swipe between them. Here’s how to set this up:

  1. Tap the list icon.
  2. Then, tap the ellipse icon.
  3. Finally, tap Add Account.

All tips & tricks are available with iOS. Android only supports Switch the report interval and Capture and share your metrics.

Switch the report interval

On an iPhone, select a report interval to change the dates for your chart:

  • Last 30 Days
  • Last 90 Days
  • Last 52 Weeks
  • Last 12 Months
  • All-Time In Months
  • All-Time In Quarters
  • All-Time In Years 

On an Android device, tap a chart to switch between monthly and yearly views.

Capture and share your metrics

Pressing and holding a chart reveals   Share as image that allows you to capture an image. From there, use your device’s sharing menu to save it, send it to a contact, or post on social media.

Hide metrics

Pressing and holding a chart reveals   Hide metric that allows you to hide a chart from the app. To make it visible, select the   menu > Choose metrics > and select it from the list.

Reload metrics

Pressing and holding a chart reveals   Reload metric that allows you to refresh a chart to display the latest data.

Choose your app metrics

To select the metrics you see in the app, select the   menu > Choose metrics > and select the metrics you want to view in-app from the list.

Filter metrics

To filter metrics by region or plan, select the   menu and then Choose regions or Choose plans. ChartMogul filters your metrics and retains the filters until you tap to remove them.

Hide chart data labels

Hide the X axis labels by selecting the   menu and Disable chart data labels.

Keep metrics at your fingertips with the ChartMogul widget for iOS

Adding the ChartMogul widget to your iPhone’s Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Today View allows you to see your metrics at a glance.

To add widgets to the Home Screen:

  1. Touch and hold the Home Screen background until the apps jiggle.
  2. Tap the + icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Search for ChartMogul.
  4. Click + Add Widget.
  5. The widget displays ARR by default. To change the metric, tap the widget and select the metric from the Choose Metric menu. 
  6. To add multiple metrics, add the widget for each metric you’d like to display.

To add widgets to the Today View:

  1. Swipe right from the left edge of the Home Screen.
  2. Touch and hold the Today View background until the widgets begin to jiggle.
  3. Tap the + icon at the top of the screen.
  4. Search for ChartMogul.
  5. Click + Add Widget.
  6. The widget displays ARR by default. To change the metric, tap the widget and select the metric from the Choose Metric menu. 
  7. To add multiple metrics, add the widget for each metric you’d like to display.

To add widgets to the Lock Screen:

  1. Touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize button appears, then tap Customize.
  2. Select Lock Screen.
  3. Tap Add Widgets.
  4. Tap or drag the widget of the metric you’d like to add.

If you’ve added multiple ChartMogul accounts to the app, the widget will show the ARR of the last account you refreshed. To select a different account, open the app, switch accounts, then pull to refresh to update the widget.
