The export will contain data and metrics for all of your customers, including customer attributes and tags.

Once your export is complete, the Google Sheets app will notify you.

An export can take some time. Please leave the Google Sheet open while customers are being exported.

Once you have installed the ChartMogul Google Sheets app, you can export your ChartMogul metrics to a Google Sheet by following these steps:

  1. Click Metrics and navigate to Import metrics.
  2. Enter the period start and end dates for the export. Dates must be in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD. For example, 2020-02-28 and 2021-02-28.
  3. Choose from the following metrics:
    • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
    • Annual Run Rate (ARR)
    • Active Customer Count
    • Annual Revenue Per Account (ARPA)
    • Average Sale Price (ASP)
    • Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • Customer Churn Rate
    • MRR Churn Rate
  4. Choose from the following time intervals:
    • Month
    • Week
    • Day
    • Quarter
  5. Finally, click Import metrics to Google Sheet.

The data export can take some time. Closing the app or the Google Sheet will cancel the export.

If you have data in your sheet that you've already sent to ChartMogul, clicking Send to ChartMogul with this data still in the sheet will create duplicates in ChartMogul. We highly recommend creating a new sheet to import new data.
