Managing ChartMogul CRM seats

ChartMogul CRM seats control access to CRM Pro features, including sending emails without a "Sent from ChartMogul" footer, logging calls, and viewing CRM reports. 

• Each ChartMogul account gets a free CRM seat by default.
• Upgrading to CRM Pro removes the email footer and unlocks the full feature set.
• Owner and Admin roles can assign and deallocate seats.
• Only the account Owner can purchase additional seats.

Before you begin

• Confirm your business is tracking leads and adding contacts.
• Ensure team members who conduct sales activities are Admin or Staff team members.

Managing CRM seats

You’ll need to be an Owner or Admin to manage CRM seats for other team members.

Assigning

To assign a seat and grant a team member CRM permissions, navigate to Settings & Data > Admin > Team Members and switch the CRM Pro toggle on for the relevant team member.

Deallocating

To remove a team member’s seat, navigate to Settings & Data > Admin > Team Members and switch the CRM Pro toggle off for the relevant team member.

ChartMogul revokes the team member’s CRM permissions. However, their email and call history is retained.

Adding CRM seats

You’ll need to have a ChartMogul subscription and be the account Owner to purchase CRM Pro seats.

Upgrading to CRM Pro

To upgrade to CRM Pro:

1. Navigate to Settings & Data > Admin > Billing.
2. Click UPGRADE.
3. Confirm the New total seat count and click NEXT.
4. Enter the required fields to complete your order and click PURCHASE.

ChartMogul deallocates your free seat and gives you the option to remove “Sent from ChartMogul CRM” in emails.

Adjusting CRM Pro seats

After upgrading to CRM Pro, you may need to adjust the number of paid seats:

1. Navigate to Settings & Data > Admin > Billing.
2. Click UPGRADE.
3. Update the New total seat count and click NEXT.
4. Click PURCHASE.
