Managing ChartMogul CRM seats

A CRM seat allows your team to send emails, create opportunities, and view CRM reports. Before upgrading to CRM Pro, try ChartMogul CRM with a free CRM seat.

When using ChartMogul CRM with a free seat, ChartMogul adds “Sent from ChartMogul” to emails sent using the app interface. To remove this, upgrade to CRM Pro.

Here’s what we cover in this article:

Before you begin

Managing CRM seats

You’ll need to be an Owner or Admin to manage CRM seats for other users:

Assigning

ChartMogul requires at least one Owner or Admin have a CRM seat. To assign the only CRM seat to another user, ensure their user role is Admin.

To assign a seat and grant a user CRM permissions, navigate to Settings & Data > Admin > Users, and click the CRM Seat toggle to On for the relevant user.
