Working with folders

You’ll need to be an Owner, Admin or Staff to create, move, edit, and delete folders as well as move items within and between folders.

Create folders to organize your customer lists, opportunity lists, and lists of saved charts.

Here’s what we cover in this article:

Creating folders

Folders are visible to your entire team. Moving a saved chart or list into a folder doesn’t change its visibility. Private charts stay private, and shared charts stay shared irrespective of the folder they’re in.

Create folders to organize:

To create a folder:

  1. Click Add Folder.

  2. Enter the Name of your folder and click Add.

Rearranging folders and items

Drag and drop folders, lists, and charts to change their order. Drag and drop lists and charts to move them between folders.

Renaming folders

  1. Hover over a folder and click the Settings   icon.

  2. Enter the new Name and click Edit.

Deleting folders

Deleting folders is permanent and cannot be undone.

When you delete a folder, ChartMogul doesn’t delete items contained in that folder but moves them to the main list.

  1. Hover over a folder and click the Settings   icon.
  2. Click Delete Folder.

  3. Confirm by clicking Delete.
