Working with text blocks

You’ll need to be an Admin or Owner in ChartMogul to create and manage text blocks.

Create text blocks for content you often reuse in emails, notes and call logs. Insert text blocks by typing “/” followed by a custom shortcut text. For example, “/greeting” or “/pricing.”
