How Zapier Works with ChartMogul
Zapier is a no-code automation tool that lets you create connections — called Zaps — between apps that don't natively communicate with each other. Each Zap runs automatically when a trigger event fires in one app, then performs an action in another.
Authenticating your ChartMogul account
- Create a read & write API key in ChartMogul. You need Admin permissions to do this.
- Log in to your Zapier account, navigate to App Connections, and click + Add connection.
- Search for “ChartMogul”, select the ChartMogul app, and click Add connection.
- In the authentication window that appears, enter your API key in the API Key field, then click Yes, Continue to ChartMogul.
- If successful, the connection will be set up, and ChartMogul will appear on the App Connections page.
- Select ChartMogul, then click the vertical ellipsis icon to open connection settings. Zapier assigns a name automatically — click Rename to change it.
- Select Test connection to confirm the authentication is working successfully.
Setting up a ChartMogul Zap
- Log into Zapier and go to ChartMogul Integrations. Search for the app you want to connect with ChartMogul and click Connect these apps.
- Once you’ve set up your trigger, click your ChartMogul action.
- Select a ChartMogul account in the Account field.
- Select the Action event for your action and click Continue.
- Follow configuration steps specific to the selected event.
