Working with text blocks

You’ll need to be an Owner, Admin or CRM-only user in ChartMogul to create and manage text blocks.

Create text blocks for content you often reuse in emails, notes and call logs. Insert text blocks by typing “/” followed by a custom shortcut text. For example, “/greeting” or “/pricing.”
