Chart: All Subscriptions
This chart is available with Subscription Analytics. If you're new to ChartMogul, get to know how charts work.
We introduced this chart on October 2, 2025, and are gradually making it available to all customers. It’s part of an update that improves subscription and trial handling. Other changes include a new “trial” line item type, new filters and improvements to the Subscriptions and Subscription History tables on customer records.
All Subscriptions charts the number of free and paid subscriptions your customers have over time.
Use Paid Subscriptions to track the number of paid subscriptions only.
If you sell subscriptions with licenses, seats or add-ons, use Subscription Quantity to chart the number of subscription seats or individual subscriptions in subscription sets over time.
TL;DR
Subscriptions charts the number of Active and Past due subscriptions (both paid and free) your customers have over time.
Chart Notes
- Only Active and Past due subscriptions (both paid and free) contribute to this chart. Learn more about subscription statuses.
- Subscriptions remain active until either they are canceled in your billing system or churn as a result of the Handling Past-due Subscriptions setting.
- The number of subscriptions can be higher than the number of subscribers, as a subscriber can have multiple subscriptions.
Calculation
ChartMogul calculates All Subscriptions as the total number of paid and free subscriptions with an Active or Past due status in a given period.
